One of my friends went to a hair starightening permanently, but his hair now looks steep and slippery now seems no more.
But my other friend has also produced a permanent hair removal is smooth, very curly hair and very natural and good.
Why this difference?

sounds good, as the second friend UR has a permanent or something, because if you or permanently straightened hair is smooth, not curled
